 Kristen
Kohl is the CEO of Imperial Salon
and Spa. She’s lived in Brevard County for her
entire adult life and has a vested interest in the community
where she has chosen to raise her two boys. She is an entrepreneur
and a visionary who transformed Imperial from an 8 station
hair salon to a multi-million dollar salon and spa like Brevard
County has never seen. Kristen has taken her concept of the
ideal spa and combined it with an un-surpassed staff and the
finest products to create The Imperial Salon and Spa brand
image. She has played an integral role in the development
of the management team, staff, and services during each stage
of growth. As a result of this “hands-on” involvement
she has achieved a very desirable outcome- a devoted and loyal
staff and satisfied clients. The foundation she has built
with Imperial Salon and Spa, along with the image and brand
recognition that it evokes in Brevard County, paves the way
for the company to expand into other areas of Florida and
eventually into a nationally renowned salon and spa.

 General
Manager (GM), Andrew has resided in Florida for the past twenty
years. Formerly as Imperial Salon and Spa’s massage manager,
Andrew proved himself well with his strong work ethics, company
knowledge and keen business sense to move up in the company.
Andrew works very closely with the owners and department managers
to ensure the latest trends, techniques, and client relations
are being executed. Andrew has set high goals and standards
to achieve and to maintain Imperial Salon and Spa as number
one in Brevard County. As GM, Andrew's focus is to ensure
the operations of the salon and spa are maintained and productive.

 Spa
Director - Born in Chicago and raised in New York, Dawn joined the Imperial staff in 2000 as a nail technician. Within three months she worked her way up to department manager and recently made the decision to retire from nails and become the Spa Director. She has a staff of 23 highly educated and very professional young men and women who specialize in extraordinary services including, dermabrasion, LED therapy, shira dhara, and mosaic nail enhancements. Dawn's staff continues education through in house training and seminars to keep up with the latest technology, techniques and trends.

 Director
of Guest Relations - Originally from New York, Peller has been brought up in the Southern
Tropics. Formerly an Imperial Salon and Spa employee, Peller became a
flight attendant and relocated to San Francisco. After traveling for a
few years and enjoying the opportunity to experience many other world
famous day spas, Peller has come back to Florida to make her permanent
residence here in Melbourne. Coming back to Imperial Salon and Spa has
proven to be very promising and has accepted the position as Director
of Guest Relations. "My hopes are to bring all the wonderful experiences
I have encountered to Imperial Salon and Spa, creating the Ultimate
relaxation experience!"
