Imperial Salon and Spa - Client Protocols for COVID-19
What to expect when arriving at Imperial:
- We will ask clients to be wearing a mask on arrival and that it remains on during all services
- Clients will be asked to fill out a questionnaire on arrival and have their temperature taken. (If temperature is over 99 degrees, we will deny services and client will be asked to leave.)
- We ask our clients to leave purses in their car
- Bringing only Phone, Keys and Credit Card
- We will provide a sanitation area where you will sanitize all your belongings and then put them in a plastic bag
- We will have you sanitize the bottom of your shoes
- You will be asked to sanitize and wash your hands throughout your visit
- Only the person receiving a service will be allowed to enter the building
- $5.00 service charge will be added to your service charge
Checking in:
- We kindly ask that you WAIT IN YOUR CAR on arrival
- Once at Imperial please reach out to us by phone and advise you to have arrived
- We ask all guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time enabling Imperial to go through the check in process
- We will contact you by phone when your provider is ready, and they will meet you at the door
- IF you are late for your appointment it will be cancelled, rescheduled or appointment will be revised accordingly
- When your provider meets you at the door, they will go through the check in protocols
- We ask not to hug even though we all miss each other
- At this time, we are not servicing refreshments or food of any kind
Checking out:
- We are currently taking “NO CASH” payments
- You are welcome to tip your provider directly if you wish
- ALL PAYMENTS will be Credit Cards only
- Tips can be paid via Credit Cards
Retail:
- Clothing in our boutique - No trying on of clothes
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
- Do NOT TOUCH PRODUCTS in retail area. Please ask for help
Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are available online
- Call ahead if you wish to purchase a Gift Card at Imperial for pick-up
