In 1990, with support and encouragement from his wife, Mike walked away from his twelve year career as a dry wall mechanic and enrolled in Cosmetology Studies at The Rudy and Kelly School of Hair and Design in Newport News, VA. He moved to Brevard County in 2013 after his wife retired and he has been employed here at Imperial Salon and Spa since arriving.
