100 points for your first visit

20 points for prebooking and maintaining your first appointment

5 points for each dollar spent on a retail purchase

2 points for each dollar spent of a service purchase

250 points for purchasing an Imperial Salon and Spa Gift Card

10 points for prebooking and maintaining your appointment

100 points for trying a new service category

1000 points for purchasing a membership

1000 points = $10

NO SHOWING AN APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT ANY POINTS IN THE SYSTEM

 Points expire after 12 months of no activity.
